Longtime principal and Nevada resident to take a hands-on approach at Legacy’s Las Vegas and Henderson campuses.
LAS VEGAS (Sept. 23, 2020) Former Legacy Principal and Leadership Coach Jennifer Hackett has been selected and appointed by the Legacy board to Deputy Superintendent of Legacy Traditional Schools – Nevada.
Mrs. Hackett will lead the instructional and administrative growth of Legacy’s three K-8 campuses in southern Nevada: North Valley (North Las Vegas), Cadence (Henderson), and Southwest Las Vegas.
As Legacy – Cadence’s first principal, Mrs. Hackett has been a part of the Nevada community since 2018, where she continues to provide a lasting impact on the school.
“We are overjoyed to welcome Mrs. Hackett to her new role and this exciting next step in her career as Deputy Superintendent,” said Chief Academic Officer Nicole Kirkley. “We look forward to all the great things to come from our Cadence, North Valley and Southwest Las Vegas campuses!”
Mrs. Hackett is a longtime member of the Legacy family, leading two more Legacy campuses as principal in Arizona. Her years of experience with Legacy are vital as she guides and mentors Nevada schools.
