January 20, 2021Legacy Campuses Will Soon Celebrate 100 Days of School!

As many of you know, Legacy campuses always recognize the 100th day of school with fun and unique celebrations.

Although this school year may look different in many ways, this tradition has not changed! Arizona campuses will celebrate their 100th day on Monday, Jan. 25 and Nevada campuses will celebrate their 100th day on Monday, Feb. 1.

Below are a few examples of what our campuses will be doing to recognize this milestone of the 2021-22 school year.

Legacy – Laveen:

At the Laveen campus, both in-person and online students can wear a shirt with 100 fun objects attached to it! Staff members can also wear a 100th day shirt or dress as their ‘100 year old’ selves.

Legacy – Glendale:

The Glendale campus staff will be creating a 100th Day mural. Students will be able to stand in front of the mural and have their picture taken!

Legacy – Southwest Las Vegas:

At the Southwest Las Vegas campus, students and staff will be wearing 100th day shirts and each grade level will be participating in their own special activities.

Legacy – Maricopa:

The Maricopa campus will be having a door decorating contest and students and staff will be making homemade t-shirts.

Legacy – Phoenix Middle School:

Students at Legacy – Phoenix Middle School will be participating in a trivia game that has questions about 100s. For example: How many hundreds are in a million? How many hundreds are in two centuries? The first homeroom to turn in an answer sheet with all the correct answers will win a prize! The campus will also have banners about the 100th day in the hallways.

We look forward to sharing pictures and more details about campus celebrations next week!
