January 22, 2021Legacy Traditional Schools Kicks Off National School Choice Week With New Family Information Night And Career Fairs

Families and Teachers Have Opportunity to Learn More About the Charter School During Virtual Information Night and Virtual Career Fairs

Legacy Traditional Schools, a network of tuition-free public schools, celebrates the eleventh National School Choice Week with a virtual New Family Night.  Additionally, virtual career fairs are being hosted for teachers looking to choose a school that aligns with their values, goals, and professional aspirations.

National School Choice Week, celebrated every year during the last week of January, highlights the options families have in selecting the right K-12 school and education for their child.

This important week commemorating school choice across the nation offers parents the unique ability to open their eyes and minds to other school and curriculum options for their children. At a time when the pandemic has shone a renewed light on the importance of school choice, this week’s emphasis in building awareness among parents and staff is timely,” said Legacy Traditional Schools Deputy Superintendent Jennifer Hackett.

At Legacy, New Family Night is a virtual opportunity for interested parents to learn more about Legacy’s curriculum, music, and physical education offerings. This event is designed to help answer frequently asked questions regarding curriculum, policies, enrollment process, uniforms, before/after school care programs, and more.

Virtual New Family Night will be hosted on Thursday, January 28 at 6 p.m. Interested families can visit https://legacytraditional.org/newfamily/ to RSVP.
