Adriana Rodriguez is an accomplished educational leader with nearly three decades of experience serving students, educators, and school communities. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles ranging from classroom teacher and principal to superintendent and senior executive, consistently focusing on improving student achievement, developing exceptional school leaders, and building strong, high-performing school cultures.
Adriana Rodriguez believes that every child deserves an exceptional education in a school where they are known, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.
As Superintendent of Legacy Traditional Schools in Texas, Adriana is committed to partnering with families to provide a safe, academically rigorous, and nurturing environment that prepares students for success in school and in life. She believes that strong relationships between schools and families are the foundation of student achievement and is focused on creating a culture where every family feels welcomed, valued, and connected.
A bilingual educator fluent in English and Spanish, Adriana has spent her career serving diverse communities and advocating for opportunities that help every student reach their highest potential. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, her focus on academic excellence, and her belief that investing in educators creates the greatest impact for students.
